Position Type: Monday through Friday, 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Denturist Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in dental prosthetics and take pride in producing high-quality work that supports excellent patient outcomes. While this position is ideally full-time, we are open to some flexibility in scheduling for the right candidate.
Our clinic currently fabricates dentures using conventional techniques, including press pack processing for new dentures and relines and cold cure acrylic for repairs. In the future, we are looking to expand into digital denture technology, making this an excellent opportunity for a technician interested in growing with the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate complete dentures using conventional press pack processing methods
- Fabricate partial dentures, including tooth set ups on metal frameworks and acrylic processing
- Perform denture repairs, additions, and adjustments using cold cure acrylic
- Carry out relines and rebases (hard and soft)
- Collaborate closely with the denturist to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
- Follow clinic protocols, infection control standards, and quality guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience fabricating complete dentures and partial dentures
- Experience with denture repairs and relines is required
- Familiarity with conventional denture processing techniques (press pack, cold cure acrylic)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred / Asset Qualifications
- Experience or interest in digital denture workflows
- Familiarity with scanning, 3D printing, or CAD/CAM dentistry
- Experience with dental software such as 3Shape, ExoCAD, or similar platforms
Work Schedule
- In person, Monday through Friday at ideally 7 hours a day for 35 hours a week
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
- No health or dental benefits are included with this position
